Protein myth. 
If I had a dollar for every time I got asked “how do you get your protein?” I would be rich! 
Have you ever heard of anyone being protein deficient? I really doubt that you have! We do not need nearly as much protein as we need, we are conditioned to believe this in order to sell meat and dairy products, I’m not trying to get anyone off meat I’m just letting you know that there are other ways to get your protein. We are conditioned to believe that if we get an abundance of protein in our diet we will be skinny, we will grow thick hair, our nails will grow and our body will recover better after a work out session, now some of this may be true however we still do not need as much as we are lead to believe and we also do not need it to be animal protein. I am not over weight, my nails are strong and healthy and if you know me then you will know That I have a mane of hair and I eat lots of fruits healthy carbs and plant proteins.
My favourite plant proteins are: 
Kale
Broccoli 
Sprouts
Hemp seeds
Walnuts
Quinoa 
Sweet Potato
Chia seeds
Flaxseeds
Spirulina 

Anything green usually contains a lot of protein. I hope that helps :)
